Agreement

By using Commander AI (mtgcommander.ai), you agree to these terms. Commander AI is operated by Sierra Story Co. LLC. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.

The Service

Commander AI is an AI-powered deck building tool for Magic: The Gathering's Commander format. We provide card recommendations, strategy insights, deck analysis, and marketplace pricing. We are not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro.

AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes. We do not guarantee card availability, pricing accuracy, or competitive viability of suggested decks.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the chat and deck building features. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier: Unlimited chat, card lookup, and strategy advice. Limited to 2 deck builds per month.
• Builder ($5/month): Unlimited deck builds, 10 saved decks, optimizer pricing, inventory-aware building.
• Pro ($10/month): Everything in Builder plus unlimited saved decks and upcoming premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in USD.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your Account page by clicking "Manage Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial subscription. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no refund for partial months.
• Price changes: We'll notify you at least 7 days before any price increase. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Affiliate Links

Commander AI participates in the Mana Pool affiliate program. When you click purchase links and buy cards, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We recommend products we genuinely believe are useful for deck building.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automated tools to abuse the service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription tiers
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card data is sourced from Scryfall (free for any use per their terms). Commander AI is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

Decks you create are yours. We don't claim ownership of your deck lists or conversation content.

Limitation of Liability

Commander AI is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for any losses from using our service, including but not limited to: incorrect card recommendations, pricing inaccuracies, marketplace availability changes, or competitive outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we'll provide at least 7 days' notice.
